“Right on the Money” (HELOC) Home Equity Line of Credit Loan Disclosures:
APR is Annual Percentage Rate.
APR is a variable rate and subject to change quarterly but cannot exceed 18%.
The rate charged is based on the Prime rate published in  the Wall Street Journal  plus a margin if applicable. Higher margins will apply to higher Loan to Value (LTV) loans.
Example: Monthly payments would be $6.25, based on $1,000.00 borrowed at 80% LTV and a Prime rate of 7.50%.
Open end 10 year draw; 15 year repayment.
Appraisal costs range from $100-$500, depending on the loan amount and if required.
No annual fees. No origination fees.
Closing fees include title insurance, recording fees and processing fees approximately $60-$70 may be incurred.
